- We offer free shipping on orders over $125.
- Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after checkout.
- Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following business day.

- delays with USPS or UPS.
- lost, stolen, or marked delivered item/items; please contact the USPS or UPS and submit a claim. However, we will do our best to assist with the carrier
